Having just left the showroom, it performs exactly as the vehicle manufacturer intended, with responsive steering, maximum comfort and optimised performance. With these characteristics, it’s no surprise that we’re buying new cars in record levels.
However, for those unable or unwilling to splash out on a new car, you can still get the great driving feel of a new car simply by having a Hunter four wheel alignment check. During the check, your Align My Car centre will perform a number of pre-alignment inspections to ensure that none of your steering and suspension components are worn or damaged. If everything’s OK, then the full 14 point alignment check will be carried out.
The award-winning Hunter aligner, as found in all 300+ Align My Car centres around the UK, will accurately measure you car’s alignment settings and compare these in real-time against the original settings specified by the car maker.
If everything’s OK and within tolerance, then you’ll be safe in the knowledge that your car’s set up and operating as it should be. If however, something’s not within the original settings, the technician will see this on his screen and you will also notice this, indicated by a red box, on your vehicle alignment printout. You’ll then be given the choice of instructing the workshop to carry out the corrective work or not.
Once any corrective work has been carried out and your Align My Car technician provides you with the ‘after’ printout which shows green boxes all around, you’ll be able to drive away knowing that your car is as driving as closely as possible to when it left the showroom. What’s more, you’ll have the added bonus of not having to have gone to the expense of buying a brand new car.
So, if you’d like to get that new car feeling without the expense of a new car, head along to your nearest Align My Car centre today.
